Refried Bean
Soup
2 (14.5 oz.) Cans
Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Cup Onion, finely chopped
2 (16 oz.) Cans Fat Free Refried Beans
3 Cups Fat Free Chicken broth, divided
Combine tomatoes, garlic, onion and 1 cup of broth in a large pan;
boil for five minutes, stirring often. Stir in beans and broth;
simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Serves: 10 (1 Cup
