Sweet Acorn Squash

2 Acorn Squash
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Splenda Granular
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Pecans

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash outside of each squash and cut in half. Scoop out the seeds and strings, discard. Wrap each half in plastic wrap and microwave, cut side down, for approx. 10 minutes or until the flesh is tender. Unwrap and place cut side up in a 9X13 inch baking dish. Poke the flesh with a fork (don't go through the skin). Spray each half 5 times with butter spray. Mix together the brown sugar and Splenda in a small bowl. Place 2 tablespoons evenly over each half (you can use less if you don't like it sweet). Sprinkle each with a little cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with nuts. Bake for another 5 minutes, or until bubbly.
