Zesty Fiesta
Corn Bake
2 (15
oz.) Cans Fiesta Corn (corn w/ red and green peppers)
1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Fat Free Ranch Dip Mix
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Packet Splenda
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except corn.
Drain corn and add to cream mixture.
Spray a 1 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon
mixture into dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
