Fruit Salad with Strawberry Yogurt Dressing

1 (6 oz.) Can Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup
1 Medium Apple, unpeeled
1/2 Cup Red Grapes
1 Medium Banana
6 oz. Strawberry Flavored non-fat Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Orange Juice

Pour the oranges along with the syrup into a medium bowl. Cut the apple into bite-size pieces and add to the oranges in the bowl. Stir to coat the apples with juice. Slice the banana and add it to the bowl. Cut the grapes in half and add tot he bowl. Stir the fruit gently and spoon 1/2 cup into 5 small dessert bowls. Combine the yogurt and the orange juice together and then spoon it evenly over the top of each dessert bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serves: 5 (1/2 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 90 Calories; trace Fat (2.8% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 22g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 22mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Fruit.
