Lbs. Potatoes
1 Small Onion

Garlic Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
8 Slices 2% American Cheese

thin. Spray an 8X8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer the potatoes and onions in the pan and sprinkle each layer
