Stuffed Banana
Peppers
7 Mild
Yellow Banana Peppers (I used hot)
1 (12 oz.) Package Stouffer's Spinach Soufflé, thawed
1 Tablespoon Dry Minced Onion
5 Tablespoons Hormel Real Bacon Bits
1 Tablespoon Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
Slice peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Mix spinach, onion and
bacon together. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons into each pepper and
sprinkle with cheese. Bake in ungreased baking dish at 350 degrees
for 25-30 minutes.
