Mock Deviled
Eggs
5 Eggs,
hardboiled
1/3 Cup Prepared Ore Ida Frozen Mashed Potatoes (prepared with Skim
Milk), cold
2 Tablespoons Kraft Fat Free Mayo
2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
Paprika
Pepper to taste
Peel eggs. Slice in half (length wise) and discard the egg yolks.
Mix potatoes, mayo, mustard and pepper together in a small bowl. You
can add more mustard if you like, or if you usually add other
seasonings or diced onions, etc, to your eggs, go ahead and do that
now. Place mixture into a pastry bag and pipe into the egg halves,
or you can use a spoon if you don't have a pastry bag. Sprinkle with
paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
