Cream Corn Pancakes
1 (16
oz.) Can Creamed White Corn
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Sugar Free Syrup (optional)
In a bowl, combine the cream corn, flour, egg, and baking powder.
Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Use the
back of a spoon and spread the mixture out into a circle. Fry until
golden brown then turn and brown the other side. If you would like
them a little crispier, place the pancakes on a cookie sheet and
place them into a 350 degree oven until crisp to your liking.
