Can't Be Easier Apple Salad

3 Cups Chopped Apple, cored and unpeeled
1 Cup Seedless Red Grapes, halved
1 - 6 oz. Container Fat Free/Sugar Free Yogurt (any flavor)
2 Packets of Splenda

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again, and serve. 

Serves: 4 (Approx. 1 1/3 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 86 Calories; trace Fat (3.9% calories from fat); trace Protein; 22g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; trace Cholesterol; 8mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 1/2 Fruit.
