Peanut
Butter Chews
1/2 Cup Splenda Granular
1/2 Cup Light Karo Syrup
1 Cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2 Cups Weight Watchers Flakes 'n Fiber with Oats Cereal
Stir Splenda and syrup in a large saucepan. Bring it to a light
boil, but do not boil for long. Remove from heat; stir in peanut
butter until melted, then add the cereal. Stir until well mixed. Pat
down in an 8x8 inch dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Allow to cool slightly, then turn it out onto a bread board (do this
before it cools completely). Cut into 20 squares with a large knife.
Store in an airtight container.
