Sugar Free Hot Chocolate

2 Tablespoons Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
4 Packets Splenda
1/2 Tablespoon Hershey's European Style Dutch Processed Cocoa
6 oz. Hot Water

Combine dry ingredients together making sure to break up any clumps of cocoa and add to 6 oz. of hot water. Stir until dissolved.

Note: You could use regular cocoa, but the dutch processed cocoa tastes much better. You should be able to find it in the baking aisle next to the regular Hershey's cocoa powder, it has a silver wrapper. This is good when you want a cup of hot chocolate but don't have any of the commercial packets at home. You could easily double or triple the recipe to make more than 1 serving.
