Strawberry Smoothie

1 Cup Vanilla Sugar Free Soy Slender Soy Milk 
2 Tablespoons plus 1/2 teaspoon Sugar Free Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix 
5 oz. Frozen, Unsweetened Strawberries 
1 Cup Crushed Ice
3 Packets Splenda

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to stir, because it's thick.

Serves: 1 (approx. 2 1/2 Cups)
Per Serving: 170 Calories; 3g Fat (17.2% calories from fat); 7g Protein; 27g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 702mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Fruit.
