Salsa
4 Medium
Tomatoes, quartered
1/2 Medium Onion, quartered
4 Cloves Garlic
2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded
1-2 Tablespoon Dry Parsley
Chop all ingredients to desired consistency. This is best done in a
small food processor (pulsing). Serve or refrigerate.
Note: The smaller you chop everything, the more liquid you're going
to get. You can drain some of the liquid off to have a thicker
salsa. I drained off 1/2 of the liquid when I made it. If you want a
salsa with a pretty good kick, add 2-3 drops of "Dave's Insanity
Sauce" to the mix. (you can find this in the grocery store where the
hot sauce is).
