Orange Smoothie

1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
1-2 Packets Splenda

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds.

Serves: 1
Per Serving: 111 Calories; trace Fat (2.7% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 24g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 44mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Fruit; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.
