Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

1 Cup Vanilla Sugar Free Soy Slender Soy Milk 
3 Tablespoons Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix 
1/2 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Peanut Butter 
1 1/2 Cups Crushed Ice
3 Packets Splenda

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to stir, because it's thick.

Serves: 1 (approx. 2 1/2 cups)
Per Serving: 174 Calories; 6g Fat (28.7% calories from fat); 10g Protein; 21g Carbohydrate; 5g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 745mg Sodium. WWP: 3
