Blueberry Smoothie

1 Cup Vanilla Sugar Free Soy Slender Soy Milk 
2 Tablespoons plus 1/2 teaspoon Sugar Free Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix 
5 oz. Frozen Blueberries 
1 Cup Crushed Ice 
3 Packets Splenda

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to stir, because it's thick.

Serves: 1 (approx. 3 Cups)
Per Serving: Per Serving: 204 Calories; 4g Fat (17.1% calories from fat); 7g Protein; 36g Carbohydrate; 7g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 773mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 1/2 Fruit.
