Chili Con Queso
1 Clove
Garlic, minced then sautéed with Pam
1 (8 oz.) Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 (14.5 oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) Can Green Chili's
1 teaspoon Chili Powder (Add more if desired)
4 oz. Velveeta Light Cheese
In a large skillet, melt the cream cheese and Velveeta. Add Garlic
and Chili Powder. Stir Well. Add Green Chili's and Diced Tomatoes.
Heat Until Hot. I like to blend mine in the blender and add black
pepper. You could even add jalapeno or cayenne pepper if you like it
hotter.
