Berry Breakfast Smoothie

1 Cup Frozen Berries (or any unsweetened Frozen Fruit)
1/2 Medium Banana
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Crushed Ice
1/4 Cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt
2 Packets Splenda

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. 

Serves: 1 (10 oz.)
Per Serving: 225 Calories; 1g Fat (1.9% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 52g Carbohydrate; 5g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 46mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 1/2 Fruit; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk.
