Taco Squares

1 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
1/3 Cup Cold Water
1 (12 oz.) Package Morningstar Crumbles
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
1 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 (16 oz.) Can Fat Free Refried Beans
8 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream
1 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 Cup Fat Free Mayo
1 (4 oz.) Can Green Chilies

Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the Bisquick and water with a fork until blended. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes or until no longer doughy, set aside. In a large skillet, combine the morningstar, pepper and onion. Cook until the veggies are tender. Add sauce, taco seasoning, green chilies and chili powder; mix. Spread the refried beans evenly over the crust and top with the meat mixture. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayo. Spread evenly over the meat mixture. Sprinkle the top with paprika. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Spray the top lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Return to oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly and cut into 6 pieces.
