Turkey Fajita Roll-ups

16 oz. Frozen Fajita Mix (peppers and onion), thawed
1 (10 oz.) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
20 oz. Boneless/Skinless Turkey Tenderloins, cut into 4 pieces
Pepper
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray and 8X8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Place each piece of turkey between 2 pieces of wax paper. Flatten thin, but not too thin where it causes holes.
Place approximately 1/2 cup peppers in the middle and roll up starting on the larger end. You don't need to close up the ends.
Place each roll-up into the prepared pan and sprinkle each moderately with pepper. 
Divide the soup evenly on top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until turkey is cooked and pepper mix is hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
