Taste of Asia Chicken

1-2 Pounds Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into large chunks
1 Cup Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Cinnamon Apple Sauce

Mix the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and applesauce; pour over chicken and marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Discard marinade and cook chicken in a large skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink.

Note: Chicken is 1 point per cooked oz. You don't have to count the marinade because not much of it was actually soaked into the chicken. I measured the marinade before and after and figured the small amount that was soaked in only adds about 2 calories per piece of chicken. Serve with stir fry vegetables and white rice for additional points.  (www.AimeesAdventures.com)
