Taco Salad

1 (12 oz.) Bag Morningstar Farms Veggie Crumbles
1 (1.25 oz.) Packet Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 Cup Water
12 Cups Shredded Lettuce
3/4 Cup Diced Tomatoes
1 1/2 Cups Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
3 oz. Baked Tostitos
Salsa (optional)

In a medium skillet, combine the veggie crumbles, taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes, or until thick, stirring occasionally. Place 2 cups of shredded lettuce on each plate and top each with 1/3 cup seasoned crumbles, followed by 1/2 oz. chips that have been crumbled, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons sour cream. You can add salsa if you like. Serve immediately.
