Sandwich
2 Slices Lite Bread
1 teaspoon Fat Free Mayo
1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
1 oz. 99% Fat Free Sliced Turkey Breast
1 oz. 96% Fat Free Sliced Ham
1 Slice 2% Cheese of your choice
1/8 Cup Egg Substitute
1/8 Cup Skim Milk
Spread one slice of the bread with mayo and mustard. Place the ham,
cheese and then turkey on top of the mustard and mayo. Top with the
second slice of bread. Beat the egg substitute and milk in a small
bowl. Coat the sandwich with the egg and milk mixture. Spray a
skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Brown the sandwich on both sides. If you're making several
sandwiches at once, you can bake them in a 400 degree oven, turning
once until both sides are brown.
