Creamy Chicken
Mignon
1 Pound
Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 4 pieces
1 (10 oz.) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
4 Slices of Turkey Bacon (I used Jennie-O Brand)
1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of chicken and brown in a
large skillet over medium heat until brown. Mix soup, sour cream and
pepper together and pour over chicken. Cook until hot and chicken is
cooked through.
Serve over white rice or with a baked potato for additional points.
