Chili Cheese
Nipped Chicken
1/4 Cup Fat Free Sour
Cream
2 oz. Reduced Fat Cheeze Nips, finely crushed
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
4 (5 oz.) Raw Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the crushed cheese nips with the chili powder. Place the sour
cream on a small plate and the cheeze nips mixture onto a medium
plate. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, then dip first into the sour
cream and then the cheese nips mixture coating all sides and place
on prepared baking sheet. Spray the top of each breast lightly with
cooking spray. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning chicken over half way
through baking.
