Chicken Parmesan
1/2 Cup Italian Style
Bread Crumbs
1/8 Cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Spaghetti Sauce
2 Slices 2% Mozzarella cheese
4 (4 oz.) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan
grated topping, garlic powder, and salt in a shallow bowl. Spray
each breast with cooking spray and then coat evenly with the bread
crumb mixture. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet that has been
sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake until the meat is no
longer pink, 12 to 14 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce on
top of each piece of chicken. Cut each piece of cheese in half and
place 1 slice on top of the sauce for each piece. Return to oven and
bake until the cheese melts.
