Chicken Garden
Salad
3 Cups Dole Green
Selection Salad Mix
1/4 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Roma Tomato, sliced into wedges
8 Slices Cucumber
8-10 Petite Carrots
3 Ounces Tyson Frozen Chicken Breast Strips, thawed
Place the salad mix on a plate and sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
Follow with the tomato wedges, cucumber and carrots. Place the
chicken strips on top. If you want the chicken hot, heat it in the
microwave until it's to your liking, then place it on top of the
salad. Eat as is, or drizzle with the salad dressing of your choice
for additional points.
