Breakfast Bakes
3/4 Cup Egg Substitute
1/2 teaspoon Dried Chives
1/4 Cup Morningstar Farms Sausage Style Recipe Crumbles, thawed
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Sheets Athen's 9" x 14" Fillo Dough
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small skillet with
non-stick cooking spray. Combine the egg substitute, chives, sausage
crumbles, salt and pepper together and cook as you would scrambled
eggs. Allow the egg mixture to cool. Lay the fillo sheets out, and
on one end, divide the egg mixture between the two sheets. Divide
the cheese between them, then carefully roll the long ends of the
sheet towards the middle and roll up the whole thing from the short
end until it's sealed. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking
spray and place the breakfast bakes on the sheet. Spray them lightly
with cooking spray. Bake for about 15 minutes or until they're
golden brown.
