Turkey Loaf
1/2 Cup
Catsup
1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/3 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
3/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
2 Pounds Lean Ground Turkey
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 5x9-inch loaf pan with
non-stick pan spray. Combine all the ingredients except the turkey
in a large mixing bowl. Add the turkey and mix until well blended.
Place the turkey mixture in the prepared pan and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer registers 180 degrees.
Allow the loaf to cool 5 minutes before slicing into 8 slices. Top
with additional catsup if desired.
