Texas Whiting
1 Pound
Whiting Fillets (or you could use Tilapia)
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Fat Free Margarine/Spread
3 Tablespoons Fat Free Mayo
3 Tablespoons Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Brush fish fillets with lemon juice and broil until fish flakes
easily with fork (about 6-8 minutes). Mix together the remaining
ingredients and spread on fillets. Return to broiler for 2-3 minutes
until topping is brown and bubbly.
