Beef Combo
1/2 Pound Extra Lean
Ground Beef
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) Bag Ore-Ida Frozen Potatoes O'Brien, thawed
1 1/2 Cups Salsa
Pepper to taste
Brown beef and onion in a large skillet. Stir in potatoes and cook
over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in
salsa and pepper and continue to cook 10 minutes longer or until
potatoes are soft.
Serves: 5 (1 Cup Each)
