Southern Pork
Chops
16 oz.
Pork Loin Center Loin Chops, sliced into 4 pieces
1 Clove Garlic, cut in half
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Sage
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Prepare grill or broiler. Rub both sides of pork chops with garlic.
Combine the next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Press seasoning mixture
into pork chops with hands to adhere. Grill pork chops 7-8 minutes
per side or until cooked throughout.
