Hearty Turkey

oz.) Simply Potatoes Country Style Mashed Potatoes
1 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
6 oz. Cooked Turkey Breast, shredded
1 1/3 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables, cooked until tender and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 Cup Fat Free Milk
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Non-stick Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8X8 in baking dish with
nonstick cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes
and 1/2 cup of cheese. Spoon potato mixture in prepared dish. Using
the back of a spoon (or your fingers) spread the potatoes across the
bottom and up the sides of the dish to form a shell. In another
mixing bowl, combine the turkey, vegetables, soup, milk, cheese,
mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour into potato shell.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot throughout.
