Turkey Pie
1 lb.
Ground Turkey
1 Cup Salsa
1 Can Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
1 (15 oz.) Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1/4 Cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook turkey in a nonstick skillet over
medium heat until it's no longer pink. Stir in salsa and corn. Heat
until most of the liquid from the salsa has evaporated. Press
Crescent dough onto bottom and up the sides of a 9" deep dish pie
plate to form a crust. Bake the crust until it is golden brown.
Spread the turkey mixture evenly into crust, and sprinkle with
cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
