Crustless Quiche

1 (12 oz.) Package Morningstar Farms Sausage Style Veggie Crumbles
1 Cup Egg Substitute
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
2/3 Cup Fat Free Milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9" pie dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Place 1/2 of the cheese in the bottom of the pan. Top with sausage and place the remaining cheese on top. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper and milk; then pour it over the sausage and cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are firm.
