Chicken Surprise

1 Can (12.5 oz.) Canned Chicken (including the juice)
1/4 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
Seasonings of your choice

Pour the entire can of chicken with juice into a skillet. Break the chicken chunks up with your hands until shredded. Add oats and seasonings of your choice. (I used 1/2 tablespoon steak seasoning, a dash of curry powder, and a dash of garlic powder). Heat over medium heat until the chicken mixture is hot and creamy and the oatmeal is dissolved. This mixture can be used for a lot of things. Eat it plain on a light bun, add salsa to it and make a burrito, etc. The choice is yours. This doesn't taste like plain old canned chicken, it's much better!!! Want to know what the surprise is? It's oatmeal! You can't taste it, it just makes the chicken light and fluffy. It helps stretch points, adds a little fiber and it tastes great! 

Serves: 5 (1/3 Cup)
