Chicken Burgers

1 lb. Tyson Ground Chicken
1/4 Cup Egg Substitute
2 Tablespoons Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Clove Garlic, finely minced
1 Tablespoon Italian Style Bread Crumbs

Mix all ingredients together and broil or grill until done. Serve on light buns (additional points) with lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you like. Remember to add points if you use toppings that aren't zero points.
