Baked Burrito Packets

1 1/2 Tablespoons Yellow Cornmeal, divided
1 (15 oz.) Can Health Valley 99% Fat Free Turkey Chili with Beans
1 Minced Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
1/2 Cup Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 (13 oz.) Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust


Heat Oven to 425 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/2 Tablespoon Cornmeal. Mash chili until beans are almost smooth. Stir in cheese Italian seasoning and jalapeno pepper (if using). Unroll and stretch crust into a 12 inch square. Cut into four 6 inch squares. For each packet: Place 1 square on baking sheet and spoon 1/4 chili mixture in center (this is about 1/2 Cup). Fold 2 corners together to form a triangle. Press edges together. With a fork; poke holes in top (to let steam escape). Sprinkle each with remaining cornmeal. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
