Apple Spice Pudding

1 (1 oz.) Package Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
2/3 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
3/4 Cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt
1/2 Cup Fat Free whipped Topping
2 1/4 Cups Chopped Fuji Apple, peeled
1/4 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice (can add more if desired)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

In a large bowl, combine the dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add the apple juice and mix with a hand mixer to combine. Blend in the yogurt, whipped topping, vanilla, and apple pie spice. Add the chopped apples. Mix everything until combined. Refrigerate.

Serves: 6 (3/4 Cup Each)
