1/4 Cup
Splenda Granular
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Sheets Athen's 9" x 14 Fillo Dough, thawed
3 Cups (approx. 18 oz.) Fresh Strawberries, sliced
8 Packets Splenda
1 1/2 Cups Fat Free Cool Whip
Confectioners Sugar for Sprinkling
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup of
Splenda and cinnamon together; set aside. On a clean flat surface,
place 1 fill sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1
1/2 tablespoons of the cinnamon mixture evenly on top. Spray again
with cooking spray, and then place another fillo sheet on top of the
first sheet. Repeat the last steps with the remaining cinnamon
mixture and fillo sheet. Once you have the three layers stacked and
the last bit of the cinnamon mixture sprinkled on top, use a sharp
knife and cut the dough into 9 rectangles (3 across and 3 down).
Place a sheet of foil onto a cookie sheet and spray with cooking
spray. Using a spatula, carefully move each rectangle to the cookie
sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the fillo dough is golden
brown and crisp. Allow to cool completely. While the fillo dough is
cooling, combine the sliced strawberries and Splenda packets
together in a bowl. To prepare each serving: Place 1 fillo rectangle
onto a desert plate and top with 1/4 cup of cool whip, followed by
1/2 cup strawberries and another fillo rectangle. Repeat. Dust
lightly with confectioners sugar and serve immediately.
