Cheesecake Squares
1 (8 oz.)
Package Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Splenda Granular
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 Sheets Low Fat Cinnamon Graham Crackers
1 Cup Fat Free Cool Whip
1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Smucker's Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves
Layer the graham crackers in the bottom of a 9X9 inch square pan,
you may need to break one to make them fit. Beat cream cheese,
Splenda, vanilla and sour cream together. Whisk in the cool whip and
preserves. Spread the mixture over the graham crackers. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the graham
crackers to soften.
