Pineapple
Pistachio Angel Cake
1 (1 oz.)
Package Sugar Free Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple, in juice
1 Cup Fat Free Cool Whip
1 (9 oz.) Prepared Sugar Free Angel Food Cake
In a medium bowl, mix the pudding mix and pineapple (including
juice) until smooth. Fold in the cool whip. Cut the angel food cake
into 1 inch squares and place half of it into a 9 inch baking dish.
Pour half of the pudding mixture on top. Place the remaining cake on
top and then pour the remaining pudding mixture over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
