Lady Finger
Freeze
1 (3 oz.)
Package Lady Fingers (without cream)
1 (8 oz.) Package Fat Free Cool Whip
2 (8 oz.) Containers Fat Free Yogurt (any flavor)
Food Coloring that matches yogurt flavor (optional)
Fold the yogurt into the cool whip. Add food coloring. Line a 5x8
inch loaf pan with plastic wrap. Divide the lady fingers into 4
rows. Place 1/2 Cup cool whip mixture into the bottom of the loaf
pan. Lay 1 row of lady fingers on top of the cool whip mixture. Top
with 1 cup of cool whip mixture. Lay another row of lady fingers on
top followed by another cup of cool whip mixture. Repeat this last
step. Top with the last layer of lady fingers followed by the
remaining cool whip mixture. Place into the freezer for at least 2
hours. Cut into 6 slices and place each slice on a dessert dish. Let
thaw at room temperature for 3-4 minutes to soften a little.
