Raspberry Torte
1 Package
(9 Full Sheets) Chocolate Graham Crackers
2 Tablespoons Raspberry Jam
1 (8 oz.) Container Fat Free Cool Whip
1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
Mix jam and almond extract into the cool whip. Layer on graham
cracker on a plate, frost with the cool whip; continue alternating
cracker and frosting. After the last cracker is added and frosted,
turn the entire stack on its side and completely frost the "torte".
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Slice into 10 pieces. The
crackers will soften and become cake-like.
