Berry Yogurt Parfaits

1 (32 oz.) Container Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
4 (10 oz.) Clear Plastic Cups
1 Cup Strawberries, chopped*
1 Cup Blueberries*
4 Tablespoons Low Fat Granola without Raisins

*You can use any fruit that you want. I used a Triple Berry Blend (Blueberries, Marion Blackberries and Raspberries). If your fruit is frozen, thaw before assembling your parfaits.

Place 1/2 Cup yogurt into the bottom of each cup. Top with 1/2 Cup fruit. Divide the remaining yogurt between each of the cups and top each cup with 1 tablespoon granola.
If you have any extra liquid leftover from your fruit, place it on top of the parfait before you add the granola. These are great for breakfast. You can make them up the night before and add the granola right before you're ready to eat.
