Banana Pineapple
Cream Dessert
6 Full Sheets Low Fat
Honey Graham Crackers
1 3/4 Cups Skim Milk
1 (.9 oz.) Package Sugar Free Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix
3 Medium Bananas
1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple (drained well)
1 (8 oz.) Container Fat Free Cool Whip
Place the graham cracker sheets into the bottom of an 8 inch square
pan (you may need to break a few to make them fit). In a mixing
bowl, beat the milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour
over the graham crackers. Slice the bananas and place them in a
single layer on top of the pudding. Spread the well drained
pineapple evenly on top. Spread with cool whip. Cover and chill for
6-8 hours or overnight.
