After Dinner
Mint Mousse
1 (8 oz.)
Container Fat Free Cool Whip
1 (4 serving size) Box Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 teaspoon Mint Extract
6 drops Green Food Coloring (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and stir until blended well. Divide
into 4 small dessert cups. The serving size doesn't seem like much,
but it's about all you can eat of this. It is very minty and thick.
