Yogurt Pops

1 (8 oz.) Container Fat Free Yogurt (any Flavor)
1 Packet Splenda (optional)
2 Popsicle Molds or 5 oz. Paper Cups

Divide the yogurt between two popsicle molds or cups. Place a stick in the middle of each and place into the freezer until completely frozen.
If using popsicle molds, dip the bottoms of the molds into hot water to release the yogurt pops. If using cups, simply peel the paper away from the yogurt. This is a different way to get some yogurt into your diet and a way to cool off with low points during the summer.
