Key Lime Pudding
oz.) Box Sugar Free Lime Flavored Gelatin
1/4 Cup Boiling Water
16 oz. Key Lime Pie Flavored Light Yogurt
8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
2 1/2 teaspoons Graham Cracker Crumbs
In a heat-resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in
yogurt with a wire whisk. Fold in whipped topping. Divide into 4
small dishes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving,
sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
