Fat Free Ice
Cream
1/2 Cup
Egg Substitute
1 Cup Splenda Granular
2 Cups Fat Free Half and Half
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Lemon Extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Chill in
refrigerator until ready to freeze. Stir for a few seconds then pour
into the ice cream maker. Follow instructions on ice cream maker for
freezing. This is just a basic vanilla ice cream. You can get
creative and add fruit or other flavorings to it for additional
points.
