Fat Free Ice Cream

1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
1 Cup Splenda Granular
2 Cups Fat Free Half and Half
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Lemon Extract

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Chill in refrigerator until ready to freeze. Stir for a few seconds then pour into the ice cream maker. Follow instructions on ice cream maker for freezing. This is just a basic vanilla ice cream. You can get creative and add fruit or other flavorings to it for additional points. 

Serves: 12 (1/2 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 48 Calories; trace Fat (0.9% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 7g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; trace Cholesterol; 67mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk.
